WoW Item Upgrades
More commonly referred to as "upping"--are enchantments and items that can be put on armor and weapons and increase their power. These upgrade items add a number of points to a level gauge for the item, with their cost increasing in proportion to their popularity.
A perfectly formed version of this armor is highly prized in the melee PvP community for its ability to minimize the damage caused by weapons.
Type-restricted upgrades
Upgrades are an essential element of the crafting process. Upgrades can be used to improve an item's stats or make it stronger or give it a bonus effect. They can also change the appearance of an item. While some upgrades are universal, other have special rules for applying to armor or weapons. The wrong upgrade could ruin the weapon that was previously excellent, and could even render it useless.
As a rule you can only upgrade the equipment you have to the level of its most advanced counterpart. You are able to upgrade helms only to the highest level. Weapons on the other hand, can be upgraded to the level of a sword. However, this doesn't increase the weapon's damage output and could decrease its value in trade.
You can upgrade an item by using crests or flightstones. The amount of each depends on the level of the item and slot. Upgrades to swords, for example, will cost more flightstones than an upgrade of an cloth. You can also receive discounts on the number flightstones or crests needed to upgrade an item.
Upgrading an item fills up its diamond-shaped indicator. Each step raises the item's Tier level by one-third. Tier 3 is the highest level. Depending on the item, it may require a different amount of upgrades to reach this level. It is essential to keep in mind that any procedure that could mount a disk should not be running when upgrading. In addition, you must ensure that the upgraded disk is not being used as a system disk.
Enchantment lets you change white or Common items to blue or rare ones. Eleanor's Enchantment Shop, located in the Capital District is where you can do this. This process does not add gems or rune slots to the equipment, however, it alters its size. It increases the size of equipment by the size of a creature two categories smaller, so for example, a Blaster Pistol is deemed small, while the Stormtrooper Armor is Medium.
Universal upgrades
Universal upgrades are upgrades which can be applied to any kind of equipment. This includes armor and weapons. Upgrade components can be obtained through Side Quests or random drops. Universal upgrades can be temporary or permanent, and they can overlap with Power-Ups. They can be linear or branching.
item upgrader begin when "internal technology" can give sentient beings new capabilities that are unlikely to develop naturally. Examples of internal technology include implants or prostheses. This type of upgrade is not the same as medical internal technology, which seeks to restore natural capabilities. It is the start of the process that will alter civilizations completely. The universal upgrade is a tense process that can take a long time to complete. The process can be divided into two categories that are complete success and partial failure.

This is similar to manner that resort upgrades are carried out at Disney or Universal. In the case WDW it is typically due to operational reasons such as room availability or overbooking. In the case of Universal is involved, it may be a case of moving guests to a different resort that is open. This is not intended to be mean-spirited however it can be unavoidable in the present climate.
Universal upgrades can be used on any kind of equipment. They can also be applied to a variety of items at once. They are therefore more adaptable than other types of upgrade. However, this flexibility could cause issues when upgrading items in a specific gear path, since it will increase the item level of all the pieces within that path.
Before you upgrade, it's important to stop the PowerShell Universal service and delete the application files that are already in use. After that you can install new files by using the GetChildItem-Recurse command, or Unblock-File. It is recommended to also run a basic checks against your PSU server to ensure that it works correctly.
Jewels
Jewels are enhancements that can be inserted into weapons, armor and accessories. They offer varying stat bonuses and other effects based on the gemstone and reagent that is used to make them. They are found in Golden Chests, Rift Incursions as well as V Blood Carriers and in regular enemies, or they can be purchased by a Master Craftsman karma or gold. Jewels can be created using a jewelry table by using 5 of the same reagent type and 1 gem to create the jewel of an upper or lower tier. This process is similar to upgrading a stone on an instrument for gem crafting.
Jewel tiers are based on the number of modifiers they have, with higher-tier jewels having more modifiers than those of lower tier. The primary effect of a gemstone is determined by the tier it's, while the secondary effect is randomized players can use luck potions to increase the chance of better secondary effects.
Jewels can also be added to items with matching sockets similar to other upgrade components. For example, a Garnet Pebble (gemstone) and an Adorned Garnet Jewel (jewel) both add strength, but the Garnet Pebble is only able to increase the number of hits that are regular, while the Garnet Jewel also boosts the player's strong attacks. Jewels can be placed in all weapon, armor and accessory slots. They also work with some exotic trinkets or lower rarity trinkets that require slots.
Like other DM mechanics, gems aid to keep items feeling special to their owners. With a range of different upgrade options jewels let players modify their equipment and choose the combination that best suits their needs. They can upgrade their equipment with new gems in the event that they feel that the original set is no longer suitable.
Requirements
The WoW item upgrade system allows players to increase the level of their equipment, weapons and trinkets above their current item level by using specific Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor resources. These upgrades boost the stats base of the item and some also have special effects (such as Dolphin's Grace, which gives players dolphin-like grace while they swim). Players can obtain these upgrades at any upgrader NPC or by salvaging the items that contain them, with various types of items dropping various upgrade components.
The process of upgrading can be a bit difficult however, it's not difficult. The player first selects the item he wants to upgrade, and then clicks on the Upgrade button. A window will pop up with the different upgrades available for the item. The window will display the upgrade level, the type of upgrade bonus (such a Tech Points or a Quality Chance) and the cost of upgrading. The upgrade level is displayed in a bar at the top of the screen, and the upgrade type bonus is displayed below it.
If the player chooses to make an upgrade the item will be taken to the upgrader NPC who will explain the process of upgrading the item. The player then has to provide the appropriate currency for that upgrade, and could be asked to provide additional items should they require it. These requirements are determined by the item's level. Weapons have more stringent requirements as opposed to armor.
Many upgrade recipes contain a list of 'Acceptable Material' in addition to the necessary components. This list shows what other upgrade components are available on the item, and includes a flag indicating whether that item has a guaranteed boost or additional effect. It is important to be aware because the value of an upgraded item could differ significantly based on the extras it has, with well rolling gear much more valuable than the non-upgraded versions.
For the kinds of upgrades that require crests or valorstones, they will be listed in a separate list below the main list. The crests and valorstones needed depend on the level of the item and weapon upgrades needing the most Valorstones.
